Last week our gip students from the long term program Perfumer / Evaluator in 18 months had the opportunity to pick May Rose in Grasse. At this time of the year, you can smell may roses. The harvest lasts from 4 to 6 weeks from May to early June, depending on the sunlight.

It is important to know that these visits are very important in the learning process. Our students need to build their knowledge and experience by learning about raw materials from the roots.
